The governing body of the Authority is a Board of Directors consisting of nine (9) members appointed by the municipalities for terms of five (5) years. The Board of Directors conducts the business of the Authority as outlined in its By-Laws. Daily operations of the Authority are administered by a management team hired by the Board to act as its agent.
